Meet Randall Stump

Transformational coach

Bio

Randall Stump was born in Michigan and has lived in Arroyo Grande since 1977. He is a graduate of Arroyo Grande High School, Cuesta College & Cal Poly. He and his wife Ann have celebrated over 40 years together and maintain close loving relationships with their two adult children. As a seeker of Truth, he is a dedicated student of personal growth and spiritual understanding. In 2020, Randall became a Primordial Sound Meditation teacher with the Chopra Center and maintains a daily practice.

For many years, Randall worked in Grocery Management as a District Pricing Supervisor, contributing greatly to his company’s bottom line, but feeling personally unfulfilled. He retired in 2013, and with a burning desire to make a greater impact in people’s lives, took a position in Special Education at the local high school. Serving this population, he discovered a deep joy helping empower young people to feel more self-confident and valued. This ignited in him a knowing that serving people was his path. After nearly a decade, he longed to make deeper, lasting, generational changes for people. As Lau Tsu stated in the Tao Te Ching, “When the student is ready the teacher appears.” For Randall, that Teacher was Mary Morrissey, founder of The Brave Thinking Institute. Retiring a second time, he became certified as a Life Mastery Consultant, finding his “Life work.” Today he is happily and enthusiastically living that life.

Combining his unique background with the proven Brave Thinking® technology, Randall is an inspiring speaker, passionate educator, and a highly sought-after transformational coach. He now offers content-rich, interactive programs, coaching clients to achieve extraordinary results — helping them cross over the gap in accelerated time from the life they have to a life they absolutely LOVE.
